Use Virtuad lawfully, honestly, and with respect for other people.
Content responsibility
You must verify factual claims and obtain all rights, permissions, disclosures, and consents for content, data, images, music, trademarks, voices, likenesses, calls, messages, advertising, and offers. Do not present AI-generated or edited material deceptively.
Prohibited use
Do not use Virtuad for illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, misleading, defamatory, infringing, discriminatory, hateful, exploitative, or abusive activity; impersonation or deceptive synthetic media; spam or unsolicited marketing; malware, credential theft, surveillance, or unauthorized security testing; unsubstantiated regulated claims; provider-rule evasion; or unauthorized collection or disclosure of data.
Calls and regulated activity
Follow all advertising, privacy, intellectual-property, telemarketing, recording-consent, accessibility, and industry rules. Obtain required consent before contacting a person, using an automated or artificial voice, recording a call, or processing sensitive information.
Enforcement
Virtuad may hold or remove content, limit capabilities, preserve evidence, notify a provider, or suspend or terminate access to protect people or systems, investigate reports, comply with law, or enforce this policy.
