This notice covers the Virtuad website and applications.
Information collected
Depending on use, Virtuad may collect invitation messages; account, contact, business, location, profile, content, lead, customer, provider, approval, audit, device, browser, IP, security, sign-in, support, billing, call, appointment, transcript, and voice-related information. Payment processors collect card details; Virtuad does not need to store full card numbers.
Use
Information is used to review invitations, provide and secure accounts, operate configured features, connect authorized providers, process subscriptions, support users, prevent abuse, keep audit records, improve reliability, and comply with law. Virtuad does not sell, rent, or trade personal information.
Providers and disclosures
Information may be processed by hosting, security, email, payment, AI, media, telephony, calendar, advertising, marketplace, and other configured providers. It may also be disclosed when legally required, to protect rights or safety, investigate misuse, or complete a business transaction with appropriate safeguards.
Retention and choices
Information is retained as needed for the account and for security, audit, contractual, backup, and legal obligations. You may request access, correction, or deletion, subject to verification and lawful exceptions, and may disconnect providers or close an account as the service permits.
Security and international use
Virtuad uses safeguards designed to protect information, but no system guarantees perfect security. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards.
Business users
Services are for authorized business users age 18 or older and are not directed to children. Contact support@virtuad.ai with privacy requests.
