These Terms govern business use of Virtuad Local.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for your account, authorized users, connected accounts, instructions, approvals, and everything you upload, generate, edit, schedule, publish, send, or use. Review all content and outputs before use. Claims, offers, prices, disclosures, targeting, customer data, calls, messages, appointments, and business practices must be accurate, substantiated, lawful, and permitted by connected providers.
AI and automated assistance
AI and automated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, or similar to third-party material. Claim, restriction, approval, and safety checks reduce risk but are not legal, professional, compliance, or factual review. You remain responsible for human review and every final decision.
No promise of results
Virtuad does not guarantee rankings, visibility, reach, engagement, leads, appointments, sales, revenue, return on investment, advertising performance, provider approval, uninterrupted availability, or any particular business result.
Content and rights
You keep ownership of your content and grant Virtuad and its providers a limited license to process it only to operate, secure, and support the service. You confirm that you have all required rights, permissions, consents, and lawful bases for content, trademarks, images, music, voices, likenesses, customer information, calls, and connected accounts.
Third parties and professional decisions
Connected providers apply their own rules and may change, reject, suspend, or stop services. Virtuad is not legal, tax, accounting, medical, insurance, or financial advice. You and qualified professionals remain responsible for books, filings, regulated claims, and professional decisions.
Access, subscriptions, and termination
Invitation and beta access may be limited, changed, or withdrawn. Checkout or order-form terms govern fees, renewals, limits, cancellation, and refunds. Virtuad may restrict or terminate access for nonpayment, unlawful use, security risk, policy violation, or provider requirements.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without implied warranties. Virtuad is not liable for indirect, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages. Aggregate liability will not exceed fees paid for the affected service in the prior 12 months, or $100 if no fees were paid. Limits do not apply where law forbids them.
Indemnity and law
To the extent permitted by law, you will defend and indemnify Virtuad against third-party claims caused by your content, connected accounts, instructions, unlawful conduct, or breach. Florida law governs and Florida courts are the forum unless applicable law requires otherwise.
