Use only material you are authorized to use.
Report a concern
Email support@virtuad.ai and identify the protected work or right, the specific material and location, your contact information, a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized, a statement that the report is accurate and you are authorized to act, and your signature.
Response and counter-notice
Virtuad may restrict material while reviewing a report and notify the affected customer. A customer may respond with the removed material, a good-faith mistake or misidentification statement, contact information, consent to appropriate court jurisdiction, and a signature.
Repeat infringement
Virtuad may terminate repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances and may act sooner when necessary. This policy does not state that a statutory agent is registered or that a safe harbor applies.
